★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso óculos há cerca de 12 anos. Pior óptica em que entrei até hoje. Fiz consulta no optometrista, decidiu alterar a minha graduação, ignorou as minhas queixas relativamente à nova graduação e os óculos que me entregaram vinham com as lentes mal coladas.
 I've been wearing glasses for about 12 years. Worst optics I've ever seen. I consulted with the optometrist, decided to change my degree, ignored my complaints about the new graduation, and the glasses they gave me came with their misplaced glasses.

Habe das Geschäft mit einem kaputten Brillenglas aufgesucht und obwohl die Verständigung aufgrund meiner nicht vorhandenen Kenntnisse des Portugiesischen sehr schwierig war, war die Mitarbeiterin extrem bemüht, mir zu helfen. Hat dann auch ganz wunderbar funktioniert. Neues Glas war vorrätig, konnte in kurzer Zeit eingesetzt werden.
In der Filiale eines Konkurrenten nebenan habe ich leider keine so serviceorientierten Mitarbeiter erlebt

I went to the shop with a broken lens and although communication was very difficult due to my lack of knowledge of Portuguese, the employee was extremely helpful to help me. Then it worked really well. New glass was in stock and could be used in a short time.
In the branch of a competitor next door, I have unfortunately not seen such service-oriented employees
