Atendimento do pior que há, funcionária super antipatica, não se importou em esclarecer o cliente e atendeu com arrogância, no meio disto tudo, com urgência para comprar uns óculos, e o valor ser bastante chamativo, desisti logo da ideia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención al cliente, agende dos consultas una para mi y otra para mi esposa porque ya necesitamos cambios de lentes, y cuando llegamos no tenían la consulta registrada, y nos mandaron a dar una vueltita 30 min. Lo más triste que no había nadie en la tienda. Y ni siquiera tuvo la amabilidad de preguntar qué necesitábamos.
The worst customer service, I scheduled two consultations, one for me and one for my wife because we already need lens changes, and when we arrived they did not have the consultation registered, and they sent us for a 30 min tour. The saddest thing that there was no one in the store. And he wasn't even kind enough to ask what we needed.
