Atendem como se me tivessem a fazer um frete. Não estão interessados em ganhar, há quem queira. Péssimo atendimento da parte da senhora que me atendeu o telefone. Desaconselho a 200%.
Without exaggerating, I called 10 times today. After 10 attempts there they answered.
They answer as if they had to make a freight. They are not interested in winning, there are those who want to. Bad service from the lady who answered my phone. I advise against 200%.

No meu caso o erro começou na sua empresa. Funcionários não comprometidos. Atrasaram com minha documentação desde a entrada em seu escritório. E ainda mentiram dizendo que meu documento já estava no IMT, deixando-me achar que toda a culpa seria do órgão. Liguei várias vezes em dias alternados e horários diferentes para o órgão IMT e fui muito bem atendida e fui informada que minha documentação nem estava lá. Por pouco perdi o prazo para tal registro por culpa exclusiva de sua empresa.

Attendant has no education, after you pay them if something goes wrong they just don't see you anymore!!!

In my case, the error started in your company. Uncommitted employees. They've been late with my documentation since entering your office. And they even lied saying that my document was already at the IMT, letting me think that all the blame would be on the organ. I called the IMT office several times on alternate days and at different times and was very well attended and was informed that my documentation was not even there. I almost missed the deadline for such registration due to the sole fault of your company.

You make an appointment for the next day.
You drive for 1 hour to finally find his office.
When you enter he is not there (suddenly to the horpital) and nobody else can hellp you.
The assistance of automovel club de portugal is a lot and very much more reliable and honest (they give you a price directly)!
