P	Pedro Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha placa de indução avariou, liguei para a orima mandaram um técnico, mas o técnico não resolveu NADA e ainda deixou pior, agora passa 24 horas por dia a trabalhar, já lá vão 15 dias e não vem ninguém reparar o problema ,já liguei novamente disseram que estão à espera de peças porque vendem os equipamentos mas não têm peças para substituição em caso de avaria, com isto tudo comprei uma placa na marca errada ....... My induction board broke, I called the orima, they sent a technician, but the technician didn't solve ANYTHING and made it worse, now he works 24 hours a day, it's been 15 days and nobody comes to fix the problem, I've called again they said they are waiting for parts because they sell the equipment but they don't have parts for replacement in case of breakdown, with all this I bought a board with the wrong brand .......

Por estar fora da garantia contactei uma empresa especializada que me cobraram 30€ para vir em casa fazer um diagnóstico de 10 minutos e ficaram de encomendar a peça. Passado mais de um mês não encontram a peça para efectuar o conserto. Liguei na Orima e me disseram que deveria pedir ao representante deles no Porto para fazer o conserto. Esse profissional marcou para fazer um diagnóstico do problema por 4 vezes e em todas elas faltou sem dar justificação. Na última disse-me que por não estar na garantia dava prioridade a outros serviços. Ou seja: não há peças e não há técnicos competentes e sérios. Orima nunca mais. Nem uma pilha. I have a side by side that started to freeze products in the fridge. As it was out of warranty, I contacted a specialized company who charged me €30 to come home for a 10-minute diagnosis and they ordered the part. After more than a month they do not find the part to carry out the repair. I called Orima and they told me that I should ask their representative in Porto to do the repair. This professional scheduled a diagnosis of the problem 4 times and in all of them he was absent without giving justification. In the last one, he told me that because he was not under warranty, he gave priority to other services. In other words: there are no parts and no competent and serious technicians. Orima never again. Not a battery.
