Acontece que a cada ano que passa estão demorando cada vez mais a entregar as encomendas e as mesmas têm cada vez mais defeitos ( riscos nos aglomerados, defeitos nas orlagens, quinas partidas etc...) Os problemas devem-se no meu ver á falta de espaço. O armazém não é adequado ao negócio, porque têm de andar com empilhadores na via publica que está toda cheia de buracos o que danifica os aglomerados. Deviam ter mais uma máquina de corte só para os retalhos. Têm um grande problema de segurança dentro das instalaçõe , ou seja permitem que os clientes andem nas zonas de serviço e de corte ,onde á empilhadores em movimento e paletes altas por vezes mal acondicionadas. When they opened the warehouse they were super efficient both in terms of speed and finishes. It turns out that with each passing year they are taking more and more time to deliver orders and they have more and more defects (risks in the agglomerates, defects in the edges, broken corners etc ...) In my view, the problems are due to the lack of space. The warehouse is not suitable for business, because they have to walk with forklifts on the public road, which is full of holes, which damages the agglomerates. They should have another cutting machine just for scraps. They have a major security problem within the facilities, that is, they allow customers to walk in the service and cutting areas, where there are moving forklifts and tall pallets that are sometimes poorly packed.

Tive a oportunidade de conversar um pouco com o dono, e pareceu-me uma pessoa muito educada e simpática. Pouco mais tenho a dizer uma vez que não obtive nenhum serviço, daí as minha 4 estrelas. Although I only went there to accompany a friend, I was able to observe the facilities and machinery and it seemed to me that there was good organization. I had the opportunity to talk a little with the owner, and he seemed to be a very polite and friendly person. I have little more to say since I didn't get any service, hence my 4 stars.
