★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de aconselhado ( o que acho muito bem) quando insisti em comprar 2 peixes de água fria, e me resusei a responder a mais perguntas ( mais parecia um inquérito) a senhora que me estava a atender responde " não e obrigado a responder e eu não sou obrigada a vender"
Quando me diz que só vende um peixe por cada 10 litros de água, pergunto eu...quantos peixes têm nos aquários? Será que esta regra e respeitada na própria loja?
Para não me chatear desisti e vou comprar nas lojas da concorrência, não vá as outras lojas da Ornimundo terem os mesmos "inquéritos"
After being advised (which I think is very good) when I insisted on buying 2 cold water fish, and I refused to answer any more questions (it was more like an inquiry) the lady who was answering me answered "no, thank you and I I don't have to sell"
When you tell me that you only sell one fish for every 10 liters of water, I ask... how many fish do you have in your aquarium? Is this rule respected in the store itself?
So as not to get upset, I gave up and I'm going to buy at the competition's stores, don't let the other Ornimundo stores have the same "inquiries"

Na minha opinião só peca por ter uma funcionária extremamente arrogante, e que fala para as pessoas como se fosse a dona de toda a sabedoria existente. Hoje tive a terceira situação com essa mesma funcionária. É um espaço que já frequento há alguns anos e sempre fui atendido de forma profissional pelos outros funcionários.
The store is very well located and has a huge variety of products at very good prices. In my opinion, I only sin because I have an extremely arrogant employee, who speaks to people as if she were the owner of all the existing wisdom. Today I had the third situation with this same employee. It is a space that I have been attending for some years and I have always been attended to in a professional manner by the other employees.
