Comprei um anel de ouro que se partiu em menos de um ano e quando o enviei para análise, disseram que foi mau uso e pediram 50€ pelo arranjo, quando a peça custou 120€. Deixo a nota que a minha esposa não é pedreira, trabalha numa loja de sapatos e o uso da peça foi o habitual do dia-a-dia.
Querem saber a melhor?! Outra ourivesaria pediu menos de 10€ para arranjar o anel.
Espero sinceramente que os 40€ que tentaram obter valha a má fama que vão receber da minha parte.

Don't buy at Oro Vivo! They have better / more reliable options and that is why competition is needed! Not even for the money, it's just because I felt stolen.
I bought a gold ring that broke in less than a year and when I sent it for analysis, they said it was misused and asked for € 50 for the arrangement, when the piece cost € 120. I note that my wife is not a quarry, works in a shoe store and the use of the garment was the usual routine.
Do you want to know the best ?! Another jeweler asked for less than € 10 to fix the ring.
I sincerely hope that the 40 € that they tried to obtain is worth the bad reputation they will receive from me.
