★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience with Orpheu Decor. I ordered cutelery 6 months ago and i Never received it. The custumer service tell me sevearl times to be patient and promess that my order will arrive soon but nothing was sent to me finaly.
Très mauvaise expérience chez Orpheu decor. commande passée il y a 6 mois et je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Le service client m'a fait patienter pendant tout ce temps pour rien, me promettant que leur fournisseur aller bientôt les livrer mais rien n'est arrivé.

Very bad experience at Orpheu Decor. order placed 6 months ago and never received my order. Customer service kept me waiting all this time for nothing, promising that their supplier would deliver them soon but nothing happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a beautiful dinner set, they handled the order very quickly, but alas a part of it was out of stock. The factory was working on a new run of these plates but they weren't ready yet. In just two weeks they got the items and sent it to us. Communication on all this was very clear, kind and helpful throughout. Would absolutely recommend shopping here!
