 Beautiful apartments, right in the most central part of the historical part of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer groot appartement. 2 verdiepingen. 1 slaapkamer en met 2 badkamers. Geen keuken, alleen koffiezetapparaat en koelkast, maar zo midden in het centrum met zoveel restaurants dat je deze niet mist. Toplocatie en zeer mooi uitzicht.
Very large apartment. 2 floors. 1 bedroom and with 2 bathrooms. No kitchen, only coffee maker and refrigerator, but so right in the center with so many restaurants that you won't miss it. Top location and very nice view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo. Trabalhei 2 semanas e pagaram 4 dias. Vão buscar os empregados ao centro de emprego e depois dizem para irmos ao ACT. A roupa das camas é lavada em meia hora e estendida numa garagem. Os lencois tem manchas. E só de tarde se pode limpar os quartos. Chega a ter 9 quartos para uma pessoa só e ter que se deslocar a 3sitios diferentes com a roupa às costas. Pouca organizaçao
I do not recommend it. I worked 2 weeks and paid 4 days. They'll get the employees to the job center and then tell us to go to the ACT. Bed linen is laundered in half an hour and spread out in a garage. The sheets have spots. And only in the afternoon can you clean the rooms. You get to have 9 rooms for one person only and have to move to 3 different places with the clothes on the back. Little organization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación parece mejor en las fotos. No tiene ni una escoba ni fregona. El personal de limpieza, o tiene más trabajo del que puede hacer, o pasa de todo. Supuestamente te limpian y cambian toallas cada dos días. La realidad es que hacen lo segundo. Nosotros vimos la basura y las toallas retiradas en nuestro cuarto,
tiradas en la escalera durante tres días.
Quitando los problemas de limpieza, la casa está muy bien situada.
The room looks better in the photos. He has neither a broom nor mop. The cleaning staff either has more work than they can do, or they pass it all. They supposedly clean and change towels every other day. The reality is that they do the latter. We saw the garbage and towels removed in our room,
lying on the stairs for three days.
Apart from cleaning problems, the house is very well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful studio apartment in the city centre. Great for couples. Does not have stove but has a microwave and fridge. Recently remade and nicely decorated with Portuguese themes. The location is hard to beat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great. Just under the the Almedina Arch leading to the Fado Center and Coimbra U as well as many other attractions. Main street run just beneath our window.
Although the room is beautifully decorated and spacious, the bathroom had a very musty and unpleasant odor.
Towels were minimal and the rack was none existent. Shower shelf was broken and no body soap provided. So had to purchase some.
If these conditions were fixed, then this place would be highly recommended mainly due to its great location.
