★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao tentar devolver um colete que foi usado por 15 minutos informaram-me que não podia ser porque é um produto pessoal ou íntimo. No entanto aceitariam a devolução por vale ou troca por produto de valor igual ou superior.
Ora, o mesmo argumento devia ser valido para qualquer situação! Leva-me a suspeitar se qualquer outro artigo à venda nesta loja já foi objeto de devoluções nestas condições! Por último, de realçar a arrogância do proprietário que nenhum outro esclarecimento me deu e me disse apenas para falar com o meu advogado! Estou a falar com potenciais clientes que deviam ser a sua principal preocupação!
 When trying to return a vest that was worn for 15 minutes I was informed that it could not be because it is a personal or intimate product. However, they would accept the return by voucher or exchange for a product of equal or greater value.
Now the same argument should be valid for any situation! It makes me suspect if any other item for sale in this store has ever been returned under these conditions! Finally, to highlight the arrogance of the owner who gave me no further clarification and just told me to talk to my lawyer! I'm talking to potential customers who should be your main concern!
