Pedimos algumas bebidas, que ela esqueceu de trazer (mas anotou na comanda), e quando lembrada que esqueceu, achou ruim, respondia "não pediram a mim". Ora, ao cliente não interessa a quem foi feito o pedido, o cliente está pagando para a casa, não para o funcionário. Quem vende a bebida e a comida é a casa. Pela lógica desta senhora, ela somente servia o que foi pedido a ela. Após alguma insistência, ela visivelmente chateada trouxe as bebidas. No pedido do café, anotou na comanda, e quando trouxe os cafés queria anotar novamente. Explicamos que ela já tinha anotado os cafés, e ela insistiu que não. Veio uma outra colega dela intervir e resolver a situação. Mas a culpa não é da senhora, a culpa do péssimo atendimento é de quem a colocou nesta posição. Food is good, prices are good. What spoiled the lunch was the poor service. The lady who attended us, without any education. We ordered some drinks, which she forgot to bring (but noted on the order), and when reminded that she forgot, she thought it was bad, she replied "they didn't ask for me". Now, the customer doesn't care who the order was placed with, the customer is paying for the house, not the employee. Who sells the drink and food is the house. By this lady's logic, she only served what was asked of her. After some prodding, she visibly upset brought the drinks. When ordering the coffee, he wrote it down on the command, and when he brought the coffees, he wanted to write it down again. We explained that she had already written down the coffees, and she insisted that she didn't. Another colleague of hers came to intervene and resolve the situation. But it's not the lady's fault, it's the fault of those who put her in this position.

Queria era morar do lado desse lugar. Parabéns Amazing! Excellent and cheap food. Seasoned and succulent ribs. Four people at lunch with drinks, wine, dessert, coffee for only 36 euros.
