O anel que foi entregue em perfeito estado, polido e sem nenhuma marca. Quando fui buscá-lo tinha uma marca enorme de mau manuseio. Perguntei ao senhor da ourivesaria o porquê, afirmando ter algo errado. Então, ele tenta me convencer que o buraco no fundo do anel "Era uma marca especial de controle do governo " sendo que todo anel vem com especificação do metal etc na parte interna. Fiquei completamente decepcionado com o serviço é a tentativa de me enganar uma falha deles. Aos quê lêem esta avaliação não aconselho que levem seus anéis,principalmente se for especial, para reduzir o tamanho nesta ourivesaria. Agora tenho o anel estragado na parte de baixo, e tive que pagar elem que foi aparentemente negociado. I bought a special personalized ring in another country, but the size was not mine. So I took Catita to correct the size. The ring that was delivered in perfect condition, polished and without any mark. When I went to get it, it had a huge mark of bad handling. I asked the jeweler why, claiming something was wrong. So, he tries to convince me that the hole in the bottom of the ring "It was a special government control mark" and that every ring comes with a metal specification etc on the inside. I was completely disappointed with the service is the attempt to cheat me on their failure. Those who read this review do not advise you to take your rings, especially if it is special, to reduce the size in this jewelery. Now I have the damaged ring on the bottom, and I had to pay for the item that was apparently negotiated.
