As funcionárias esquecem-se que quem é jovem e se veste descontraidamente, pode ter mais dinheiro do que pessoas que aparentam um nível de vida superior. Ou seja, tratamento indelicado e rude por juízo de valor. Uma vergonha ainda existirem locais com tamanha falta de profissionalismo.
I've bought a lot of things in this jewelery shop, but this is the second time I've been underserved, so I'm no longer a customer, nor do I recommend it. Employees forget that those who are young and who dress casually may have more money than people who appear to have a higher standard of living. That is, impolite and rude treatment as a value judgment. A shame that there are still places with such a lack of professionalism.
