Quando quem me ofereceu tentou ver alguma solução foram antipáticos e disseram que não tinham razão que o broche tinha caido ao chão. Esperava um trato mais elegante vindo de uma casa que já é antiga na cidade.
I was offered a brooch from this store. It was worn once and broke the fitting on the clothes. Luckily I realized it and didn't miss it. When those who offered it tried to see a solution, they were unsympathetic and said that they had no reason that the brooch had fallen to the floor. I expected a more elegant treatment coming from an old house in the city.
