★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Novembro do ano passado parti a armação dos óculos graduados. Enviaram a mesma para Itália para arranjar e estive até final de Janeiro à espera duma nova. Quando finalmente me deram resposta disseram que a armação tinha sido descontinuada e que tinha de escolher uma nova. Escolhi um modelo Ray-Ban, mas devido ao ângulo de inclinação da mesma não conseguia ver nada. Fui 3 vezes à Ouróptica Massa para me resolverem a situação, sem sucesso. Da última vez mandaram-me para casa com uma armação Ray-Ban em tartaruga e com hastes Polaroid em cinza escuro. Como é óbvio não voltei lá e fui comprar uma nova armação a outra óptica com uma maior variedade de marcas e modelos. Dou 1 estrela porque não é possível dar 0.
In November of last year I left the frame of the graduated glasses. They sent the same one to Italy to arrange and I was until the end of January waiting for a new one. When they finally gave me an answer they said that the frame had been discontinued and that I had to pick a new one. I chose a Ray-Ban model, but due to the angle of inclination I could not see anything. I went 3 times to Ouroptica Massa to solve the situation, without success. The last time I was sent home with a Ray-Ban turtle frame and Polaroid stems in dark gray. Obviously I did not go back there and went to buy a new frame for another optics with a greater variety of makes and models. I give 1 star because it is not possible to give 0.
