★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live close enough to this park, you have no excuse not to be in great shape. If you have a Personal Trainer there is more than enough equipment to do a full body workout. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workout Park with sufficient equipment, looks like the best one in Cascais at least I didn't found any better.
You can find pull up bars with different grips (spherical as well), parallel bars, push up bars of different levels, jump boxes as well as some weird equipment. The pavement is a soft rubber with some nice landmarks for specific functional application

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an unbelievably cool outdoor gym! Equipped with TRX type suspension training and QR codes for exercise assistance. And not to mention the actual setting is probably 1 of the best I have seen! Encouraging the outdoor lifestyle. Nothing beats it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not giving 5 stars because there are a lot of families and kids walking around who cross or just enter the park to use it as a playground and might disturb focused people. My suggestion would be to put a fence around.
However the view is amazing while your working out and if there's a sunny day I promise you'll arrive home soooo refresh
