★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garaje de estilo ArtDeco que impresiona por su verticalidad y belleza. En su fachada se encuentra un mapa estilizado de Portugal con las principales carreteras todo iluminado con luces de neón. Lastima que el letrero no se enciende en su totalidad.
Merece mucho la pena visitarlo.
ArtDeco style garage that impresses with its verticality and beauty. On its facade is a stylized map of Portugal with the main roads all illuminated with neon lights. Too bad the sign does not light up in full.
It is very worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 30/07 pelas 20:15, pretendia estacionar na Garagem Passos Manuel uma vez que ia assistir a um espetáculo no Coliseu do Porto. Fui pessimamente tratado pelo funcionário da Garagem, o qual inclusivamente me disse que a garagem estava com lotação esgotada, tendo aceite o estacionamento da viatura que me precedia.
Lamentável e em nada dignifica esta cidade de portas abertas para o Mundo.
On 7/30 at 8:15 pm, I intended to park at the Passos Manuel Garage since I was going to watch a show at the Coliseu do Porto. I was treated very badly by the employee of the Garage, who even told me that the garage was full, and accepted the parking of the vehicle that preceded me.
Regrettable and in no way dignifies this city with open doors to the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É caro, 0.55€ por parcelas de 15 minutos. Entrada para o parque é difícil e o estacionamento também. O que vale é a localização mas há opções mais baratas e mais fácil acesso.
It's expensive, 0.55€ for 15-minute installments. Entrance to the park is difficult and parking is difficult. What counts is the location but there are cheaper options and easier access.

À noter : une carte lumineuse stylisée représentant les axes routiers du Portugal sur la façade, mais ne fonctionnant plus qu'à moitié.
