A	Andreia Cardoso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iamos para sair do parque e a máquina nao lia o codigo de barras, ligamos ao senhor e passado 30 min ele chegou e ainda nos cobrou os 30 min que estivemos à espera dele. Não recomendo! We were leaving the park and the machine did not read the bar code, we called you and after 30 min he arrived and even charged us the 30 min we were waiting for him. I do not recommend!
A	Aarón Loureiro Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé el coche de lunes a domingo en agosto. Nos salió muy bien de precio, nos acercaron al aeropuerto y nos vinieron a buscar al llegar. Nos han tratado muy bien, el personal era muy majo y las instalaciones muy buenas. Si vuelvo a volar desde Porto, repetiré. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. I left the car from Monday to Sunday in August. We were very well priced, they approached us to the airport and came to look for us upon arrival. We have been treated very well, the staff was very nice and the facilities very good. If I fly again from Porto, I will repeat. I recommend it to everybody.

Two days after making and paying the reservation and receiving confirmation email, they send me a message saying that the parking is complete 1 day from my flight.

For those who don't mind walking 10 minutes to the airport entrance, the price for the indoor car park is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Amables, cuidadosos, PUNTUALES, eficaces y el coche estaba impecable. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Se puede contratar en parkvia 5 star valet parking. I hired valet and car wash service. Better impossible. Friendly, careful, PUNCTUAL, efficient and the car was impeccable. I totally recommend it. It can be hired at parkvia

Passado 1 hora ainda não tinha qualquer email de confirmação da reserva, como tal liguei para a STARPARKING de forma a confirmar a reserva. Fui informada que iriam entrar em contato comigo para informar que infelizmente não tinham lugar para a minha viatura! Fiquei bastante desagradada com a situação, pois a plataforma não deveria ter aceite a minha reserva. Tive que encontrar outro local para a minha viatura e solicitei o reembolso do valor pago, no qual me foi dito que entre o mesmo dia e o dia seguinte, o mesmo seria efetuado. Conclusão, já é a terceira vez que ligo para a STARPARKING e o meu dinheiro ainda não foi devolvido!! Ainda a Senhora me diz pelo telefone, que se fosse uma outra empresa nem me devolviam na totalidade!! O erro não foi meu!!! aguardo o reembolso. 20/10/2021 I made a reservation on 10/01 through the platform and made the payment via bank transfer. After 1 hour I still didn't have any booking confirmation email, so I called STARPARKING to confirm the reservation. I was informed that they would contact me to inform me that unfortunately they had no place for my vehicle! I was very displeased with the situation, as the platform should not have accepted my booking. I had to find another location for my vehicle and asked for a refund of the amount paid, in which I was told that between the same day and the next day, the same would be done. In conclusion, this is the third time I have called STARPARKING and my money has not yet been returned!! The lady still tells me over the phone that if it were another company, they wouldn't even return me in full!! It was not my mistake!!! I await the refund. 10/20/2021

A	Anna Münch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked our Van here for 10 days. The parking is at a very close walking distance from the Terminal (>5 min) and with 3,50€/day for a covered parking space a really great option. Definitely recommend it!
