★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully restored Manor House makes this rural hotel a gorgeous place to stay. Exquisite interior decor and very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens are also beautiful and in summer the pool must be great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highlight of our northern Portugal road trip and northern hospitality at its best. Obrigada muito Rosário, Jorge e Miguel! We spent 5 days at this piece of heaven on earth where all I could see was green, all I could breath was fresh air, and all I could hear was the sound of water, mooing of cows and the occasional church bells. The tastefully renovated and decorated garden rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food and beverage offerings could be improved in terms of variety and quality. I especially liked our morning walks along eco vida along the Rio Limia, the main garden with the old camélia trees and our well prepared and served breakfasts com frutas e pão quente!
