La personne à la caisse ne répond jamais à mon bonjour. Elle retrouve le sourire seulement quand on passe à la caisse pour payer !
Every year I buy a handbag in this shop. I always find the perfect bag and good quality! One star less for staff, not very friendly or smiling. The person at the cash never respond to my greeting. She smiles again only when we go to the cashier to pay!

The employee got frustrated when asked simple questions and as a result proceeded to answer them distastefully. I am not generalizing their staff, this was a bad experience with a specific employee.
