Só nos enviaram uma vez um relatório da campanha do Google Ads e foi porque eu pedi.
E quando pedimos para cancelar o contrato, após a data de fim do mesmo o serviço continua ativo e debitaram-nos da conta mais um mês. Já entramos em contacto para pedir o reembolso mas ainda não obtivemos resposta.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA EMPRESA!!!
Customer service is very time consuming.
They only sent us a Google Ads campaign report once, and that's because I asked.
And when we ask to cancel the contract, after the end date of the contract, the service is still active and we were debited from the account for another month. We have already contacted you to request a refund but have not yet received a response.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!
