★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço e atendimento, após vários meses a andar de canadianas e a tomar medicação fortíssima para as dores no joelho receitada por um ortopedista (sendo o seguinte passo a operação do mesmo). Uma das minhas filhas já tinha ido à clínica e convenceu-me a ir...depois de ser avaliada pelo Dr. Bock de emediato viu que o problema estava na colocação dos pés, para tal fizeram umas palmilhas à medida e foram-me recomendados exercícios muito simples para fazer em casa. Passado pouco tempo, deixei de usar canadianas e a medicação fortíssima para as dores. Quando voltei a ter consulta com o ortopedista o próprio não queria acreditar!!! E não tive que recorrer à cirurgia. Só tenho a agradecer!!!
Excellent service and care, after several months of walking in crutches and taking very strong medication for knee pain prescribed by an orthopedist (the next step being his operation). One of my daughters had already gone to the clinic and convinced me to go...after being evaluated by Dr. Bock, she immediately saw that the problem was in the placement of the feet, so they made custom-made insoles and were recommended to me very simple exercises to do at home. After a short time, I stopped using crutches and the very strong medication for pain. When I went back to having an appointment with the orthopedist, he didn't want to believe it!!! And I didn't have to resort to surgery. I just have to thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após uma lesão no meu ombro esquerdo, passei mais de 5 meses em agonia com dores constantes e sem mobilidade no braço. Trabalhar no meu portátil e dormir tornaram-se tarefas impossíveis por causa da dor constante. Fui ao médico e comecei a fazer fisioterapia na esperança de recuperar. Após 20 sessões de fisioterapia, algumas bastante difíceis porque os exercícios eram difíceis e dolorosos, com ultra som, eletroterapia e massagens somente consegui recuperar 10%, e continuava com imensas dores. Um colega de trabalho recomendou-me o Dr. Bock, e mesmo sem nenhuma expectativas resolvi ir experimentar. O Dr. Bock ouviu as minhas queixas, o que não conseguia fazer, o que era mais doloroso, etc. Após examinar o ombro conseguiu logo identificar o problema e explicou-me o que teria de fazer para conseguir recuperar. Após alguns minutos voltei a conseguir levantar o braço (com o mínimo de dor), ele explicou-me como deveria trabalhar no portátil e como deveria dormir. Logo nessa noite voltei a dormir sem dores, fiz tudo o que me foi recomendado e só precisei de 3 consultas! Não tenho dores e voltei a fazer tudo normalmente. Recomendo o Dr. Bock a qualquer pessoa. Excelente!
After an injury to my left shoulder, I spent more than 5 months in agony with constant pain and no mobility in my arm. Working on my laptop and sleeping became impossible tasks because of the constant pain. I went to the doctor and started physical therapy in hopes of recovering. After 20 sessions of physiotherapy, some quite difficult because the exercises were difficult and painful, with ultrasound, electrotherapy and massages, I only managed to recover 10%, and I still had immense pain. A co-worker recommended Dr. Bock to me, and even without any expectations, I decided to try it. Dr. Bock listened to my complaints, what he couldn't do, what was most painful, etc. After examining the shoulder, he was able to identify the problem and explained to me what I would have to do to be able to recover. After a few minutes I was able to lift my arm again (with minimal pain), he explained to me how I should work on the laptop and how I should sleep. That night I went back to sleep without pain, I did everything recommended and I only needed 3 appointments! I have no pain and I went back to doing everything normally. I recommend Dr. Bock to anyone. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após pesquisas na net sobre dor no ombro, optei por me dirigir à consulta com Dr bock ,após lhe contar todo o meu historial desde inicio da lesão do meu ombro, ele começou a me explicar o que tinha de fazer no meu dia a dia a fim de me instruir para parar de fazer movimentos errados q vinha fazendo e sim passar a fazer movimentos que não vao inflamar permanentemente o local da lesao . E como consequência começar assim a recuperação do tendão doente, apenas com uma boa consciência corporal o resultado acontece, boas melhoras. Recomendo...
After researching on the net about shoulder pain, I chose to go to the consultation with Dr Bock, after telling him all my history since the beginning of my shoulder injury, he started to explain to me what I had to do in my daily life. in order to instruct me to stop making the wrong movements I had been doing, but to start making movements that will not permanently inflame the injury site.
