★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhadores de construção civil muito barulhentos (não me estou a referir ao barulho que as obras implicam, como é óbvio). Os trabalhadores falam alto e gritam uns com os outros e "mal" (recorrendo ao uso de palavrões) constantemente sem necessidade, esquecendo-se dos moradores incluindo crianças que vivem por perto. Discussões e gritaria é o pão-nosso de cada dia...
Very noisy construction workers (I'm not referring to the noise involved in the works, of course). The workers talk loudly and yell at each other and constantly "evil" (using swear words) unnecessarily, forgetting the villagers including children who live nearby. Discussions and shouting are our daily bread...

Um móvel que decidi de adquirir está a demorar mais de um mês.
Nunca fui tão mal atendida num estabelecimento.
Não recomendo de todo.
Terrible attendance. I call, they say they are returning the call and so it has been more than 3 weeks.
A piece of furniture that I decided to purchase is taking more than a month.
I have never been so poorly attended to in an establishment.
I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received friendly and expert help from one of the sales staff, João. He showed us several options of tiles for our outdoor porch. He very efficiently assisted us in determining how much we needed to buy, and we were on our way within 2 hours. We did have to order the tiles, but that is not a problem for us. Fantastic service!
