★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, swimming pool, spa pool, breakfast, bar area all perfect. The staff are so friendly and so on the ball, without being in your face. They have got everything down to a tee and the hotel runs like clockwork. Worth spending extra money for a fantastic holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An historical hotel totally worth the visit, even if for a lunch or dinner. The staff in general is nice. The location is perfect. If your room with the view of the back of the hotel, then you'll have a fabulous view over the beach and maybe the coast line, depending on the level. Everything is very clean but the rooms maybe need an update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is spectacular. The rooms are gorgeous, the pool is big and refreshing, and grounds are beautifully kept, and most importantly--the service is remarkable. Everyone was polite, helpful, and personal. They remember you and your room and genuinely seem to want to make your stay as good as possible. The food and drinks are also out of this world. The chicken wrap and strawberry daiquiri are worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel around many countries and visit a lot of hotels but this one is the worst I've ever seen being called five stars, no drinking water, no bed or duvet to sleep on, holel has the best days behind it, maybe it's good for people over 90 years Old , the pictures are different than acctualy the hotel looks , definitely not recommended to anybody!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn’t give any star for this kind of service!!!!!! But 5 star it’s a laugh, who ever give it was wrong or maybe when the hotel was freshly build!

we tried the bar and the room service, food very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old but charming hotel in a calm area but good centre location to visit the rest of Portugal too, cheap for 5 stars, tap water has chlorine flavor. Great service, good price for b&breakfast + spa (150 €/night)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel in a beautiful building. During off peak season everything is closed in the area so be careful when you book. Cascais is a bit soulless but if you fancy a relaxing hotel in Portugal, The Palacio is great.
