★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only for the lady who was very pleasant it would be 1 star.. the elderly man was the worst I’ve ever dealt with - rude, obnoxious and oblivious to consumer laws. Went to exchange a gifted Paul & Shark belt (€160 RRP) that was too small and they didn’t have a replacement or anything similar in the right size. He refused to order the right size so I asked for a credit or refund and he refused both saying I could only exchange there and then (exchange for what!?).
After an argument where the lady stepped in apologetically to salvage, it turned out (despite the address for Palloram being on the receipt that I was in the wrong store - went to the right place - Valadim - and they were brilliant - how it should be done).
Palloram are a textbook example of why online shopping is the future. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overpriced for some rather basic clothing. Feels very antiquated - a bit "are you being served?" The manager, an elderly gentleman, was very surly and doesn't appear to like customers very much. Do not recommend, frankly surprised its able to continue to trade.
