★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait une proposition d'achat pour une maison, laquelle la vendeuse m'a presque garanti que serait accepté, après plusieurs coup de fils, de ma part, pour être au courant de l'affaire, et du silence de l'agence, à mon égard, je me suis déplacé et là sur place, surprise! J'ai appris que la maison avait été vendu par un autre vendeur de la même agence! Or j'ai été le premier à faire une offre, et à négocier le prix a la hausse. Mais la communication entre les vendeurs ne sont pas de rigueur et vraiment j'ai été très déçu et berné !

I made a purchase proposal for a house, which the seller almost guaranteed me that would be accepted, after several phone calls, from me, to be aware of the case, and the silence of the agency, in my respect, I moved and there on the spot, surprise! I learned that the house had been sold by another seller from the same agency! However, I was the first to make an offer, and to negotiate the price upwards. But communication between sellers is not de rigueur and really I was very disappointed and fooled!
