★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Aqui vc não contará com nenhuma das coisas que são prometidas no ato do aluguel. O Landlord recebe o dinheiro é só o veraz novamente no momento de pagar o próximo aluguel.
A luz cai a todo momento, não tem limpeza de banheiros e espaços comuns, a cozinha não está terminada, a lavanderia é precária e tem fios por todo lado.
A casa vive em obras e fazem parecer que o problema é vc, não o estado da casa.
