Notório que a necessidade de construir o máximo de habitações fez descurar os acessos e o tamanho das áreas. Ficam os carros nas estradas pois não cabem nos exíguos parqueamentos.

It is notorious that the need to build as many houses as possible has led to neglect of access and the size of the areas. Cars are on the roads as they do not fit in the meager parking spaces.
