★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sacos que a Palser está a usar neste ano de 2021 não valem nada, sendo que a carregar na loja rebentaram mais de uma dúzia, a descarregar na minha garagem outros tantos e a carregar para o apartamento mais uns quantos!!!
The bags that Palser is using in this year 2021 are worthless, more than a dozen bursting in the store, unloading in my garage and carrying a few more to the apartment!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 3 palettes e estou bastante desiludido com a PALSER, a qualidade é fraca, frequentemente o pellet arde e sai fumo preto acompanhado de um cheiro intenso, o que indica que o pellet não contém apenas madeira mas outros resíduos. Para o Ano volto a usar RUBRO.
I bought 3 pallets and I am very disappointed with PALSER, the quality is poor, the pellet often burns and black smoke comes out accompanied by an intense smell, which indicates that the pellet does not only contain wood but other residues. For the year I use RUBRO again.
