★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Anel para a minha Senhora, o tamanho dele não era correto porque não havia mais pequeno em loja, fui lá com ela diretamente para escolher a medida certa, para meu espanto não têm nenhum anel, seja ele igual ou outro modelo qualquer, do tamanho da mão dela.
Então pedi o dinheiro de volta visto que não existe artigo compatível com a pessoa e negaram a devolução do dinheiro, dão apenas um vale com o valor do dinheiro do mesmo para usar em loja.
Uma vergonha, não tem produtos adequados para o cliente, não devolvem o dinheiro e temos que ficar pendurados á loja.
Primeira e última vez.
I bought a Ring for my Lady, the size of it was not correct because there was no smaller one in store, I went there with her directly to choose the right measure, to my surprise they don't have any ring, be it the same or any other model, of the her hand size.
So I asked for the money back since there is no item compatible with the person and they refused to refund the money, they only give a voucher with the money value of the same to use in store.
A shame, they don't have adequate products for the customer, they don't refund the money and we have to hang around the store.
First and last time.
