★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendado bolo de noz, com recheio de doce de ovos e cobertura de massapão de amêndoa...vem bolo pão de ló, com recheio que nem percebi e cobertura de pasta de acúcar branca...enfim, uma desilusão. Disse no pedido que era um bolo com específico porque era aniversário de casamento. Telefonei após ver o Bolo e partir a fatia e a senhora com uma péssima educação ainda refilou a dizer que por ela tinha feito era cobertura de doce de ovos....e se não fez com massapão é porque não escreveu...falta de humildade. Mas afinal confecciona o bolo conforme a senhora lhe apetece e o cliente consente. Para quem tem uma casa aberta é muito mau, falta de humildade. Assumir que errou e que foi falha da pastelaria não, sem qualquer justificação ainda por cima desliga o telefone...enfim...nunca mais....péssima experiência, "pagar gato por lebre"
Ordered walnut cake, filled with egg candy and almond marzipan topping ... there comes sponge cake, with filling that I didn't even notice and white sugar paste topping ... in short, a disappointment. The order said it was a specific cake because it was a wedding anniversary. I called after seeing the cake and breaking the slice and the lady with a very bad education even said to say that she had made it was a sweet egg topping .... and if she didn't make it with marzipan, it was because she didn't write ... lack of humility. But after all she makes the cake as the lady wants and the client consents. For those who have an open house it is very bad, lack of humility. Assume that you made a mistake and that the pastry was not, without any justification on top of that, hang up the phone ... anyway ... never again ... terrible experience, "paying for a hare"
