No puedo dejar mi opinión.
Después de un mes y medio de un viaje cancelado con un seguro propuesto por Pangea y nada resuelto.
La agencia simplemente da excusas y no proporciona los documentos que el seguro exige. Cabe señalar que este seguro fue propuesto por Pangea y construido según las indicaciones de la agencia.
Falta de profesionalidad y respeto por los clientes.
Muy mal servicio.

I can't leave my opinion.
After a month and a half of a canceled trip with insurance proposed by Pangea and nothing resolved.
The agency simply makes excuses and does not provide the documents that the insurance requires. It should be noted that this insurance was proposed by Pangea and built according to the agency's instructions.
Lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
Very bad service.
