Cheguei a encontrar cinzas espalhadas pelos canteiros e a sentir os meus olhos irritados, algo que nunca aconteceu em vários anos aqui. Já para não falar no impacto que estes cheiros possam ter nas crianças da escola a longo prazo... I've been going to this place for some time now and lately I've noticed a lot of difference in the air I breathe. I even found ashes scattered across the beds and felt my eyes irritated, something that had never happened in several years here. Not to mention the impact these smells can have on school children in the long run...

Ao morar e passear por Alvide uma aldeia que vive á decadas com esta fabrica onde só se sentia cheiro a pão agora sente-se apenas um cheio tóxico e denso a fumo, que não pode ser ignorado pois chega a arder nos olhos, provêniente dos várias chamines da Fábrica. Por detrás da aparência bonita dos doces esta uma gerência que não está preocupada com a sua comunidade e com a escola que se encontra mesmo ao seu lado. As nossas crianças estão todo o dia na escola a respirar estes fumos cada vez mais intensos e obvios recentemente. A nossa população envelhecida não sabe como fazer para ser ouvida. Não aconselho alimentarem esta ideologia empresarial completamente desprovida de sentido de responsabilidade comunitario e com risco para a saude publica. I have been a customer for 20 years and I am totally shocked by Panisol Alvide's recent environmental policy. When living and walking around Alvide, a village that has lived for decades with this factory where you could only smell bread, now you just feel a toxic and dense smoke smell, which cannot be ignored because it burns in the eyes, coming from the various Factory chimneys. Behind the beautiful appearance of the sweets is a management that is not concerned about its community and the school that is right next to it. Our children are at school all day breathing these increasingly intense and obvious fumes recently. Our aging population does not know how to make itself heard. I do not advise you to feed this business ideology completely devoid of a sense of community responsibility and with a risk to public health.

Not only should you do this for the general public but most especially for your staff who must deal with the public all day every day. You need to have visible and robust measures to protect your staff.
