★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nome "Pão Quente" não faz jus à realidade. Só há pão quente se coincidir de chegarmos no exato momento que o pão sai do forno... deveras difícil.
Sugiro mudar o nome para "Pão Frio" (como passamos a chamá-lo), já que está mais de acordo com o estabelecimento.
O atendimento é simpático, mas eu não concebo a dificuldade em propiciar um pão quentinho, onde a manteiga derrete, ou que vai muito bem com queijo etc. Preguiça (pq dá muito trabalho)? Economia (é muito caro comprar um forninho)? Pouco caso? Descaso? Propaganda enganosa? Não precisam tanto de $? Não sei.
Conheci a casa há 3 anos quando visitei Portimão com amigos, e como foi excelente, voltei sempre que pude para repetir a experiência. Entretanto, das 6 vezes que fui, só tivemos pão quente em 2 vezes, ao contrário do que o nome da empresa nos induz a pensar, a querer e a nos fidelizarmos. Não sei se voltarei.
 The name "Pão Quente" does not live up to reality. There is only hot bread if we happen to arrive at the exact moment the bread comes out of the oven... quite difficult.
I suggest changing the name to "Pão Frio" (as we've come to call it), as it's more in keeping with the establishment.
The service is friendly, but I don't understand the difficulty in providing a warm bread, where the butter melts, or that goes very well with cheese, etc. Laziness (because it takes a lot of work)? Economy (is it too expensive to buy an oven)? Little case? neglect? Misleading advertising? Don't need so much $? I do not know.
I discovered the house 3 years ago when I visited Portimão with friends, and as it was excellent, I came back whenever I could to repeat the experience. However, of the 6 times I went, we only had hot bread on 2 times, contrary to what the company's name leads us to think, want and loyalty. I don't know if I will come back.
