★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Pedi à funcionária para me imprimir uma simples folha em Word. Paguei pelas fotocópias mas reparei que não imprimiu tudo o que estava na folha em Word. Fui pedir explicações e apenas dizem me que o computador deles não recebeu toda a informação da folha que eu mandei por email, como se eu tivesse culpa por o computador não funcionar direito. Fizeram mal o serviço e ainda ficaram-me com o dinheiro. É uma experiência a nunca mais repetir nesta papelaria.
Horrible! I asked the employee to print me a simple sheet in Word. I paid for the photocopies but I noticed that you didn't print everything on the sheet in Word. I went to ask for an explanation and they just tell me that their computer didn't receive all the information from the sheet I sent by email, as if it was my fault for the computer not working properly. They did the job badly and still kept my money. It is an experience never to be repeated in this stationery store.
