Tive de percorrer 50 km de carro para chegar ao local e me dizer que a encomenda não se encontrava lá.
Está loja é o único ponto de recolha em paio pires...
Vi que a senhora não confirmou o nome de uma encomenda fui ao balcão novamente tentar que me dissessem que a encomenda cá estava.
Gritou e passo a citar " EU SEI DO MEU TRABALHO OK ? " Péssimo atendimento e extrema falta de educação.
Mensagem para a senhora: quando se é um Drop point é normal que os clientes liguem para saber das mesmas.
Se não se encontra na loja diga excusam os clientes de percorrer km para saber de uma encomenda a qual TEMOS TRACKING!
I called to see if my order was in place, he wouldn't tell me.

This store is the only collection point in paio pires...
I saw that the lady did not confirm the name of an order I went to the counter again to try to get them to tell me that the order was here.
He yelled and I quote "I KNOW MY JOB OK?" Bad service and extreme lack of manners.
Message for the lady: when you are a Drop point it is normal for customers to call to find out about them.
If you are not at the store, please excuse customers from traveling miles to find out about an order for which WE HAVE TRACKING!
