★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível longos tempos de espera por encomendas nem sequer atendem o telefone não recomendo pensem duas vezes em antes de encomendar lá alguma coisa encomendei os livros escolares á 3 semanas e ainda ninguém me ligou não acho que seja de profissionalismo e ainda existem casos de pessoas que encomendaram á 1 mês e também ainda não têm nenhuma informação e ainda ligamos e desligam o telefone na cara acho que é de uma incompetência
Horrible experience long waiting times for orders don't even answer the phone I don't recommend thinking twice about ordering something there I ordered textbooks 3 weeks ago and no one called me yet I don't think it's professional and there are still cases of people who ordered 1 month ago and also still have no information and we still call and hang up the phone in the face I think it is incompetent
