★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autobus Porto - Vigo. L'ho aspettato alla fermata davanti al Mac Donald come dice il biglietto, ma l'ho visto passare di corsa! Non si è fermato! Quindi non sono potuta salire! Ho dovuto comprare un altro biglietto! L'ho comprato di un'altra compagnia perché ormai non mi fidavo più!
Porto - Vigo bus. I waited for him at the stop in front of Mac Donald as the ticket says, but I saw him running past! It hasn't stopped! So I couldn't go up! I had to buy another ticket! I bought it from another company because I didn't trust it anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos dos billetes por lnternet el día antes (dando nuestros datos de contacto), trayecto Oporto a Vigo y salía a las 21.30 .
Despues de haber visitado Oporto durante todo el día, vamos 20 minutos antes a la parada de aliados, nos encontramos con la calle que iba a ser cortada por un concierto por la policía, nos ponemos a buscar por toda la zona dónde podía aparcar el bus, que no estaba allí , y a preguntarle a todos los policías.
Llamamos al número de la empresa, saltaba un contestador que te mandaba llamar a un número de emergencia que decían rapidísimo y tuvimos que hacer no se cuántas llamadas en portugal para conseguir anotar el número (menos mal que yo tenía roaming porque sino estariamos incomunicados). Llamo al numero de emergencia y me dicen que ahora me llama alguien para ayudarme pero nunca me llamaba nadie. Asi varias veces.
Llegan las 9.3, 9.40, 9.5 nosotros desquiciados buscando a 500 metros alrededor un bus, llamando al numero ese varias veces y nada.
Llevábamos casi una hora angustiados sin ninguna solucion, habiendo pasado casi media hora de la de salida del bus. Nos veiamos durmiendo en oporto gastando una pasta.
En la última llamada que hicimos nosotros, no ellos, ya cogió una chica a la cuál desviaron la llamada, entiendo ,y nos dijo que esperáramos en la parada de origen, la cortada.
Apareció a las 10 y el bus tenía que haber salido a las 9.3. Apareció ella, no el bus.
Nos dijo que teniamos que andar 10 minutos. Acabamos andando 25 a toda prisa, a la otra punta de oporto. Yo estaba cansadisina, con problemas de columna y no estaba para andar eso y a esa velocidad
Nos llevó en coche a la espera de engancharnos con el bus que había salido desde otro lugar muy lejos de su parada. Al final nos acabó llevando ella en coche a mi y a las personas perdidas que había encontrado.
Nadie nos avisó por teléfono ni mail, supuestamente deberian haberlo hecho por correo(que ojo, nadie te obliga a estar pendiente del mail y menos a tener internet en portugal). Nadie nos llamó a nosotros durante esa hora de nervios y vueltas y mas vueltas y llamadas (la chica al parecer cogió mal el número y llamaba a otra persona, bueno error humano no pasa nada, se disculpó).
No me parece normal que no nos avisaran y al parecer alguna persona es probable que se quedara perdida, ni tener que andar de punta a punta de oporto para coger un coche.
Muy mal servicio. Un error como el de la chica de anotar mal el numero para llamarnos, vale, pero tantísimas cagadas... de la empresa no hemos recibido ninguna disculpa. Solamente de la chica, que se comió el marrón de los que no nos avisaron del cambio de parada.

No one called us during that hour of nerves and turns and more turns and calls (the girl apparently took the number wrong and called another person, good human error nothing happens, he apologized).
It does not seem normal to me that they did not notify us and apparently some person is likely to be lost, nor have to walk from end to end to take a car.
Very bad service An error like that of the girl to write down the number to call us, ok, but so many shit ... from the company we have not received any apology. Only from the girl, who ate the brown of those who did not notify us of the change of stop.

Interdit de monter dans le bus alors qu'il est vide (moins de 10 personnes dedans) sous prétexte que notre billet était celui réservé pour le bus suivant. Soit disant la politique de la compagnie selon le chauffeur, qui soit dit en passant est exécrable et antipathique !
Il y a peut être plusieurs chauffeur mais si vous le croisez, vous le reconnaîtrez ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El bus nunca llega a su hora, ya que el tráfico es infernal. Recomendable esperar por lo menos 10 minutos antes y aún puede llegar hasta 20 minutos más tarde de la hora indicada. Si tarda más, llamar al número de información.
Recomendable llevar ya el billete comprado por internet. No se puede pagar con tarjeta en el bus.
