A funcionária perguntou-me a morada e escreveu-a no exterior dos códigos selados, mas não associou a morada ao subscrito em questão. Consequentemente, dois dias depois os códigos não serviram para nada. Dois telefonemas para a Linha de Apoio e mais uma semana a aguardar para que cheguem novos códigos. Duvido que todos os portugueses tenham paciência para esta falta de brio profissional e assim resulte um recenseamento parcial. I didn't receive the letter with the Census codes. I called and made an appointment to pick them up 15 minutes later. The employee asked me for the address and wrote it outside the sealed codes, but did not associate the address with the subscription in question. Consequently, two days later the codes were useless. Two calls to the Helpline and another week to wait for new codes to arrive. I doubt that all Portuguese have the patience for this lack of professional pride and that a partial census will result.
