★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This parking lot is serves the marina and promenade area of downtown. It's inexpensive and there are also two apps that service the parking meter if you don't want to use coins. The apps work well, and you can re-stock the meter from the app. Near here are some great restaurants and walking spots up and back near the river. This parking is very centrally located.
