Good natural park for hiking, mountain biking, jogging or simply a walk to enjoy nature. Good spot for bird watching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinaire randonnée en pleine nature portugaise intacte 5-8-10 km entre rivière et roseaux. Compter 3h super à l'aise avec prise de photos. Prendre au moins 1L d'eau par personne. Parking pas loin du site. Après rejoindre la 125 et prendre une bonne bière portugaise ou un verre de vin portugais à Boliqueime au snack-bar Esplanada. Si vous arrivez entre 22h et 13h vous pourrez manger le menu da dia pour 10€. Bien servi et bonne nourriture Portugaise.
Extraordinary hike in the heart of unspoiled Portuguese nature 5-8-10 km between river and reeds. Count 3 hours super comfortable with taking pictures. Take at least 1L of water per person. Parking not far from the site. Then join the 125 and have a good Portuguese beer or a glass of Portuguese wine in Boliqueime at the Esplanada snack bar. If you arrive between 10 p.m. and 1 p.m. you can eat the menu da dia for 10 €. Well served and good Portuguese food.
