O parque de estacionamento é bom. Sempre dispõe de vagas para os carros e é uma ótima opção para quem mora na região e precisa de comodidade para estacionar a viatura. Porém há um grande problema: falta de informação. Tanto da central da empresa (que fica em Espanha) como de funcionários no local. Obtive uma avença que mais tarde soube que foi passada uma informação errada sobre a mesma e terei de arcar com mais despesas que pretendia.
The car park is good. There are always spaces for cars and it is a great option for those who live in the region and need convenience to park their car. But there is a big problem: lack of information. Both from the company's headquarters (which is in Spain) and from on-site employees. I got an agreement that later I learned that wrong information was given about it and I will have to bear more expenses than I intended.

Excellent place to park to visit the city center. Streetcar 28 stops in front of the parking.

Cost 8.75 Euros for 5 hours, average size parking bays. Undercover Secure parking. We parked here as it was just around the corner from the turn around stop at end of the line for the No28 Tram (which cost 3 Euros per person and goes to Martim Moniz) so served our purpose perfectly.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF USING A NON-PORTUGUESE CAR Booked the Express service here which was supposed to be ticketless. Every time we tried to enter or exit the cameras failed to read our foreign reg plates. Resulted in ten minute long waits each time just trying to get out. Connection over intercom was extremely poor.

It took us 12 minutes to get out of the parking because we had to put our kids in the car. The parking door didn't want to open because we apparently exceeded of 2 minutes. Despite our explanations the guy told us to go back and pay the difference at the machine. With our 2 tired kids. Very not customer friendly and family friendly. Also no park t spots available before the - 4 floor.
