★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start. I have been cycling around Portugal for 2 weeks when I stopped here. I have camped with my tent every night in large spacious surroundings with great tree shade. What I found at praid de areia was a small rocky patch with no trees a dirty wall smelling of urine . I left my bicycl computer in toilet block to charge . I went for a shower and to my horror it was stolen . A truly awful place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms and toilets are very clean and there is toilet paper. But: there is a maximum place for 5 or 6 tents, further it is made for permanent camping and static tents. The bar was closed on the day we were there. Staff was not very friendly but probably due to language barriers. Would not recommend for campers with a tent of their own. It is next to the beach which is nice.
