N	Nicolas PC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bien pour nous, nous étions à l’hôtel Eurostar Aliados à côté, parking en spirale avec des employés sympas qui vous guide, sécurisé, accès un peu difficile dans un montée en tournant mais ça passe?? Very good for us, we were at the Eurostar Aliados hotel next door, spiral parking lot with nice employees who guide you, secure, access a bit difficult on a turning uphill but it's okay??

Dirigi-me ao Porto para um almoço e o parque de estacionamento mais perto do local que iria almoçar era este. Ao entrar, fui abordado por um senhor que me diz que poderia entrar mas que a chave teria que ser entregue ao colega do piso pois poderia ser necessário movimentar o carro em caso de algum carro estivesse a ser obstruido. Portanto, logo aí fiquei sem saber o que responder, e visto que já me encontrava atrasado acabei por entrar e aceitar o que o senhor me tinha dito. Ao chegar ao piso 2, encontro um lugar vazio e estaciono. Qual é o meu espanto quando ao sair da minha viatura sou abordado por um profissional que diz que tenho que deixar a chave do meu carro com ele para caso seja necessário tirar o meu carro. Fiquei parvo e perguntei qual a necessidade de o fazer visto estar estacionado num lugar normal e sem obstruir ninguém e no qual me respondem que não o podia fazer porque os lugares eram um protocolo com um hotel e caso viesse alguém teria que tirar o meu.. Nesta pressa, fiquei mais uma vez incrédulo com o que se estava a passar e deixei a chave. No fim do almoço, já atrasado para o trabalho, ainda acabei à espera que fossem buscar a chave do carro à minha frente para eu conseguir sair.. Para concluir, foi uma experiência ridícula e que de certeza que não se volta a repetir. O pior de tudo é que ainda acabei a pagar quase 4 euros por +/- 1:30h de parque.. With all due respect for the professionals who work here and try to give their best every day, but this park is the height of ridicule. I went to Porto for lunch and the car park closest to the place where I was going to have lunch was this one. Upon entering, I was approached by a man who told me that I could enter but that the key would have to be given to the colleague on the floor as it might be necessary to move the car in case a car was being obstructed. So, right then, I didn't know what to say, and since I was already late, I ended up going in and accepting what you had told me. When I reach floor 2, I find an empty space and park. What is my surprise when I get out of my car and am approached by a professional who says I have to leave my car keys with him in case it is necessary to take my car. I got silly and asked why it was necessary to do it since I was parked in a normal place and without obstructing anyone and they told me I couldn't do it because the places were a protocol with a hotel and if someone came, I would have to take mine... In this haste, I was once again incredulous with what was going on and left the key. At the end of lunch, already late for work, I still ended up waiting for the car keys to be picked up in front of me so I could get out... To conclude, it was a ridiculous experience and one that will definitely not be repeated. The worst thing is that I ended up paying almost 4 euros for +/- 1:30h to park..

The building was then seen as a symbol of modernity in Porto, representing progress and a new way of living in the city, with the arrival of the automobile. One of the first buildings with reinforced concrete, allowing for large inner spaces, it is a clear break with the next door building from the same author, the former headquarters of the now defunct «Comércio do Porto» newspaper. Go up the garage’s spiral ramp and visit the top floor offices. Monument of Public Interest since 2011.
B	Brock Aiken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t park overnight here! It was 30 Euros. Park on the streets or somewhere else. Truly a rip off! Prices are reasonable if you’ll only be there for a few hours.

A very busy place but they do their best to provide parking even if the place is full. Prices are high but they do have some pre arrangements with guests of a few of the neighboring hotels. I used their services over a period of 8 days and always got good service.
