★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um parque muito carismático em lisboa há uns anos atrás, era onde a elite alfacinha e os boêmios passavam largas horas.
Neste momento está um pouco ao abandono, onde só o teatro Maria Vitória se mantém original e a funcionar. O Capitólio já foi todo remodelado e está em funcionamento. o "a b c" foi demolido depois de ter sofrido um grande incêndio. Só um restaurante ainda resiste "A Gina", todos os outros e as esplanadas fecharam, no local funciona agora um parque de estacionamento.
 It was once a very charismatic park in Lisbon a few years ago, it was where the elite Lisboners and bohemians spent long hours.
At the moment it is a little abandoned, where only the Maria Vitória theater remains original and functioning. The Capitol has been completely renovated and is in operation. the "a b c" was demolished after having suffered a major fire. Only one restaurant still resists "A Gina", all the others and the terraces have closed, on the site there is now a car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Teatro Maria Vitória está velho e cheira a mofo. As filas são muito apertadas e os bilhetes caros. A revista que assisti, ainda assim, foi divertida e um serão bem passado. Obras urgentes são necessárias.
Teatro Maria Vitória is old and smells of mold. The lines are very tight and tickets are expensive. The magazine I watched, however, was fun and an evening well spent. Urgent works are needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece em ruínas mas impacta ao saber das histórias que por ali passaram, já foi um teatro requisitado e teve seus anos dourados, mas como tudo na vida é cíclico, atualmente passa por reforma e encontra-se isolado diante do moderno Parque Mayer.
