★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, 3 vezes para ler o ticket para pagar e quando deu para sair ficou com o ticket e não abriu cancela, liguei para o numero que estava no apoio ao cliente que deveria estar lá alguém e não estava tive de esperar quase 15 minutos que viesse alguém para resolver o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O parque tem um tempo de saída apos pagamento muito baixo e exploram os clientes que não saírem nesse tempo. Paguei e dirigi-me de imediato à saída descendo 3 pisos e voltando a subir 3 pisos. Na saída disseram que excedi em 2 minutos o tempo de saída. Apos o meu protesto a Senhora que estava de serviços chamou a polícia. Após mais alguma discussão e uma reclamação por escrito fui obrigado a pagar 0,75 euros para sair. Para mim SABA chega. Nao irei correr para chegar ao carro e conduzir como um louco para sair no tempo. O tempo de saída não está tempo de estacionamento.
The park has an exit time after paying very low and exploit customers who do not leave in that time. I paid and headed straight to the exit, going down 3 floors and going back up 3 floors. At the exit they said I exceeded the exit time by 2 minutes. After my protest, the lady who was on duty called the police. After some more discussion and a written complaint I was forced to pay 0.75 euros to leave. For me SABA is enough. I will not run to get to the car and drive like crazy to get out of time. The exit time is not parking time.
