The pool area is good but the massages we had are not up to par, no protocol, no pressure, very superficial, not worth the price, moreover the window of the massage room was open, we heard people screaming ... very disappointed for 120euros.

Ao entrar é realizada a avaliação da temperatura, efetuado o questionário habitual e fornecida uma máscara para utilizar durante a estadia. O espaço e os materiais são desinfetados com frequência e nos cacifos encontram-se robes, toalhas e chinelos (numa embalagem hermeticamente selada). O corredor de acesso às piscinas tem sinalização marcando a distância de segurança. A disponibilidade de toda a equipa e a qualidade das sessões mantêm-se excelentes criando um ambiente relaxante e aumentando o bem-estar necessário para uns momentos bem passados. 100% service, same facilities 09/05/2020 - The reopening during the pandemic proved the flexibility of this service. The facilities were adapted to safety rules while maintaining the level of quality. Upon entering, the temperature is evaluated, the usual questionnaire is carried out and a mask is provided for use during the stay. The space and materials are frequently disinfected and in the lockers are robes, towels and slippers (in a hermetically sealed package). The access corridor to the pools has signs marking the safety distance. The availability of the entire team and the quality of the sessions remain excellent, creating a relaxing environment and increasing the well-being necessary for a good time.
