Em loja, procurava copos de uma determinada especificidade e não havia a quantidade que eu necessitava, o senhor que me atendeu ficou com o meu contacto e comprometeu-se a ligar-me um dia depois para confirmar se conseguia mais e até hoje estou à espera da chamada deles! É uma loja que realmente tem tudo, mas para além de ser tudo caríssimo, a relação que os empregados têm com os clientes deixa muito, muito a desejar. Não volto lá mais! Terrible attendance! Quanto ao staff pouca empatia ou melhor falta alguma simpatia no atendimento ao cliente. A melhorar! Lots of party items at medium to medium high prices. Good location and easy parking in the area, although paying. As for the staff, little empathy or rather lack of sympathy in customer service. Improving!
