A marcação antecipada das atividades é essencial para ajustar o pedido dos participantes ao horário e à altura das marés.
A MiraSado tem como slogan: " Ao sabor das marés", pois a sua ação está dependente destas marés.
Os passeios são realizados nas horas de preia-mar onde existe nível de água suficiente para circular com a embarcação fora das canais mais profundas.
As marés são alteradas pela atração gravitacional do Sol e da Lua sendo a Lua a maior influência devido à aproximidade com o planeta Terra.

“ vluchtheuvels “ in het water. Zoveel liefde en kennis over het gebied van deze familie.
Het was een bijzondere dag.

"Escape hills" in the water. So much love and knowledge about the area of this family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixemos unha saída de 2 horas para observar aves no estuario do Sado. Carlos pai coñece o estuario coma a palma da súa man e identifica as aves a unha distancia incrible, sen prismáticos! Tamén aporta moitos detalles do seu comportamento. Carlos fillo aporta un coñecemento máis técnico, é tremendamente didáctico. Unha saída moi produtiva tanto para ignorantes na materia como para expert@s. Unha humildade e un trato exquisitos. Repetiremos!
We made a 2 hour outing to observe birds in the Sado estuary. Carlos dad knows the estuary like the palm of his hand and identifies the birds at an incredible distance, without binoculars! It also provides many details of their behavior. Carlos son provides a more technical knowledge, is tremendously didactic. A very productive output for both ignorant and expert @ s. Exquisite humility and treatment. We will repeat!

A wonderful day spent exploring water birds, excellently accompanied with all the explanations about the various species. by Miguel and his father Carlos. Wisdom, sympathy, a great love for everything Mirasado does. It was an experience I count on repeating over and over again. Thank you very much to all. The company of the other passengers was also very special, it was a very knowledgeable group as well and that created cohesion among all. Gratitude to everyone who makes it possible to live our dreams.

This was our second visit, having been baptised during last year’s ObservaNatura fair at the Herdade da Mourisca – we love it and our girls love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did this tour today, and it was amazing! The organisers couldn't be more helpful, and had so much knowledge about the birds on the estuary. My highlight was seeing flamingos in their natural habitat but we saw a huge variety of birds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great tour with Carlos and his Dad. Carlos is very knowledgeable on identifying birds by site and song. We saw some beautiful flamingos, and Carlos and his Dad were very accommodating to us, including our 1.5 year old granddaughter that was with us.
