I signori che gesticono il locale sono molto carini e gentili. Consigliato! Simply delicious. In my days in Evora, breakfast at the Pastelaria Académica was a must. The gentlemen who run the restaurant are very nice and kind. Recommended!

Mais j’ai pu goûter a une autre pâtisserie fourrée aux oeufs excellente, ainsi qu’une pasteis au chocolat très bonne également ! I could not test the berlim bola because there were more. But I could taste another excellent pastry filled with eggs, as well as a very good chocolate pasteis too!

Qualidade superior, bolos enormes para a “regra geral”. Se passar por perto, sem dúvida que vale a pena visitar ! Excellent service, adequate prices and a variety of sweets and savory snacks that are the envy of any small business. Top quality, huge cakes for the “general rule”. If you pass by, it is definitely worth a visit!

El trato de las señoras que atienden es excelente, no saben hablar español ni nosotros portugués, pero le ponen tanto empeño y cariño que terminas entendiéndote con ellas de maravilla. El precio me pareció baratísimo, 4,20 dos cafés con leche largos y dos dulces que te permiten aguantar haciendo turismo hasta la hora de comer sin que te suenen las tripas. El tiempo que pasamos en Évora desayunamos allí cada día, y si volvemos iremos a desayunar allí sin lugar a dudas. El único inconveniente es que tienen tanta variedad de esos maravillosos dulces de elaboración propia, que es una tortura tener que elegir uno, porque tienen todos una pinta exquisita, y cada pastel que pruebas está más rico que el anterior. The best cakes I have ever eaten. The treatment of the ladies who attend is excellent, they do not speak Spanish and we do not speak Portuguese, but they put so much effort and affection that you end up understanding with them wonderfully. The price seemed very cheap, 4.20 two long coffees with milk and two sweets that allow you to endure sightseeing until lunchtime without making your guts blow. The time we spend in Évora we have breakfast there every day, and if we go back we will go for breakfast there without a doubt. The only downside is that they have so much variety of these wonderful home-made sweets that it is torture to have to choose one, because they all look exquisite, and each cake you taste is richer than the last.
